It was 4 against 4 at our homeground street soccer court(upper court). The H8FC players who participated are Shyong Ming, Alex, Q-S, Crazy, Cher Siang and Kevin. Wee Zheng was just a spectator.
We were down by 3-0. We should have lost if it was a 3-goals match. But it was a 10-goals match. In the end we won 10-8. We came back from behind to drew 8-8 and went on to win.
Shyong Ming: 5 goals
Crazy: 2 goals
Alex: 1 goal
Q-S: 1 goal
And 1 own goal.
I'm proud of the boys as their manager. For people like Wee Zheng(Da Pang) and Cher Siang who always look at my weaknesses and magnify them and refuse to see any of my strengths...maybe you should thank your lucky stars your dad doesn't send you to a mental hospital at your age because he thinks you should 'eat well' and 'sleep well'. Oh, judging by your body size, you are considered safe.
Man Of The Match: SHYONG MING. 5 goals said it all.

ReplyDeleteRooney aka Crazy aka Kang Xiang, you are suitable as an overlapping left-back. Like Patrice Evra or Ashley Cole or Gareth Bale. As manager, you are definitely the core of the team. My core of the team are Tang Yao, Cher Siang, Alex, David, Shyong Ming, Ah San and you. Being a player-manager, I don't mind relinquishing my place for someone better.
