H8FC Training 8 March 2014

Another exciting afternoon of football. We started against the kids where Keith and Wee Zheng are forced to play for them. We won 7-6.

Then another match that ended 4-4.

The last match made the losing team blood boil. 7-5 Team A won.

Team A

GK - Q-S
CD - Wee Zheng
CD - Javier
CD - Winston
CM - Alex
CM - Nicholas
RW - Keith
ST - Big Malay Guy

Team B

GK - Cher Siang
CD - Kang Xiang
CD - Shyong Ming
LW - How Meng
CM - Eugene
RM - Mysterious Uncle
RW - David
ST - Daniel

Team A were up 7-2. With Big Malay Guy scoring a brace. Javier, Winston, Alex, Nicholas and Keith were passing the ball around like nobody's business. As the sun is fading away, Team B kept on attacking. Kang Xiang and Shyong Ming came out from defence in all-out attacks. The trio of How Meng, David and Daniel ran riot. If not for Q-S and his important saves, Team B would overtake that 7 goals Team A scored.

There was a debut for a Mysterious Uncle.

Slip of my tongue when I said,'Those are 2 ugly mother*******.' I wasn't referring to the 2 Indian men standing at the back or any of you.

MAN OF THE MATCH: Big Malay Guy. This guy's finishing is deadly. If he stays with us, our striking problem is solved.

H8FC Training 1 March 2014

We played exciting 6-on-6 matches. All of you have seen my fantastic saves as goalkeeper through the years.

There is one match I played outfield instead. Creating havoc on the left...

Team A

GK - New Chinaman
CD - Wee Zheng
CD - Winston
LM - Q-S
ST - Big Malay Boy
ST - Daniel

Team B

GK - They rotate
CD - Kang Xiang
CM - Nicholas
CM - Tony
CM - Chester
RW - David Teo
ST - Jeff

Did I miss anyone out?

New Chinaman did well as goalkeeper. Brave as outfield too. Wee Zheng and his short passes. Needs to be more accurate. Winston was winning balls. Improving. They are calling me Shahril Ishak. If I can improve my stamina, all of you will know that my life was stolen. Big Malay Boy understands my game. Providing me support from the left area. Daniel benefited from our assists. Managed to score.

For Team B, Kang Xiang nullified the threats from Big Malay Boy and Winston. Nicholas was really pulling the strings from the middle. With all those meaningful passes. Tony is fast and took out the opponents. Difficult to handle. Chester returned after a long absence. He has all the basic skills. David Teo bulldozes down the flanks. Hungry for goals. Jeff again full of running with swagger. He plays well

Team A lost 5-3. Best remembered as Q-S rolling back the years.

MAN OF THE MATCH: CHESTER. This guy is really skillful. Intelligent player.
